The Alt Gr – To generate the third symbol, hold Alt Gr and press the key bearing the character you wish to create. Please note that since the Alt Gr key is not present on the American keyboard, it cannot be used if you have installed an American keyboard driver in MS-DOS or Windows.

By pressing Alt Gr + e (Alt Gr + 5, Alt Gr + 4 or Alt Gr +u on some keyboards ) you can generate the Euro symbol………………



Press Fn + F10 or Fn + F11 to access the integrated keypad. When activated, the grey keys with white numbers become numeric keypad keys ( Fn + F11 ) or cursor control keys ( Fn + F10 ). The power on default for both settings is off.



Fn + F12 ( ScrLock ) to lock the corsor on a specific line. The power on default is off.



Pressing Fn + F1 to lock the keyboard and blank the screen to prevent others from accessing your data. To restore the screen and original settings, enter the password. If no password is set, press Enter or F1.





Pressing Fn + F2 changes the battery save mode. If you press Fn + F2 in a Windows NT environment, an icon panel is displayed showing the setting. If you press Fn + F2 in a Windows 98/2000 environment, the Power Scheme menu is displayed………



Pressing Fn + F3 changes the power up mode………



Press Fn + F4 to adjust the alarm volume to off, low, medium or high. The first time you press Fn + F4 the volume is set to off. Continue holding down Fn and press F4 again to change the setting. A beep sounds to let you know the current alarm volume. The volume at power on depends on the latest setting.



Pressing Fn + F5 changes the active display device. As indicated in the table below, the changes depend on the computer’s display type, current setting and whether you have an external monitor connected.

Ако някой иска по-подробна информация мога да му пратя целия файл (близо 4МБ – идва с компютъра и за това предполагам всеки трябва да има подобен ).

Колкото до ТWEAKS-овете то за мен освен Power Save Modes и клавиатурата други съществени различия между лаптоп и десктоп не виждам. Поне в момента не се сещам.
