В контролния панел си има "Потребители и Пароли" (Users and Passwords).
1. Избираш потребителя (ако са повече от един) от списъка в "Users and Passwords".
2. Махаш отметката на "Users must enter a user name and password to use this computer.".
3. Ще ти поиска да въведеш паролата за този потребител и това е всичко.
Не би трябвало да имаш никакви проблеми с това.
Аз съм го направил така:
Control panel/Administrative tools/Local Security Policy/Account Policies/Password Policy
и там стойността Minimum password length съм я дал 0 (нула)
При пускане на РС-то не иска парола.
i dvete ne stanaha. V kontrol panela nqmam Users and password, imam samo user accounts. No i tam nqma nikade za default user.. takova neshto mislq che imashe na win2000. A za password lenght ot Password Policy , tam po princip si mi beshe na 0 characters.
Probvah sashto s edin REG file, no i ot nego ne stana.. eto go:

като не можеш така пробвай с TWEAK-XP, ако я нямаш ще ти я шерна довечера
Оставяш само един юзер БЕЗ парола ( това не включва администраторския акаунт). След рестарта би трябвало да се логва без да иска нищо. При мен е така.
Сори приятел, отдавна го правих и бях забравил второто нещо.
Имах само едни акаунт, не знам ако има повече дали става, но мисля че трябва да стане:
Start/Run пишеш командата control userpasswords2
В отворилия се прозорец от Users махаш отметката от
Users must enter a username and password to use this computer
OK - появява се прозорец Automatically_Log_On където даваш името и паролата и след рестарт повече няма да те пита

Windows 2000 and XP Pro normally require a CTRL-ALT-DEL sequence to bring up the logon screen. In some rare circumstances, you may wish the system to automatically log on to the network, for example, in the case of Point of Sale terminals that only run a specific program. If these systems are using a touch screen and have no keyboard, then they must be configured to auto-logon, as there is no way to generate the CTRL-ALT-DEL sequence from the touch screen. Additionally, you will rarely want a POS terminal to be allowed to do anything but the POS application.
Begin by creating the account you wish to log on to in the Active Directory. Set up the account so the that "password never expires" and that the "user cannot change password". The reasons for this will become clear as you go.
On the workstation you want to AutoLogon, click Start, Run, type "regedit", and press Enter. Navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Winlogon. You must change the following values.
*AutoAdminLogon = 1
*DefaultDomainName = (set to necessary value - default will likely be correct)
*DefaultUserName = (set to account name to logon with, if not correct)
*DefaultPassword = (set to account's password)
You may need to add the DefaultPassword value. To do this, right click in RegEdit's right window and select New, Value. Be sure the name is DefaultPassword and then set the value (password) as required.
Choose Registry, Exit and then restart the computer. From this point on, you will not be prompted for logon information.
Note - if the password for the account is ever changed, you must manually reset the corresponding values using RegEdit. The logon account created should likely be configured with highly restrictive permissions, to reduce security concerns from the automatically logged on workstations.
