Motion compensation describes a picture in terms of the transformation of a reference picture to the current picture. The reference picture may be previous in time or even from the future. When images can be accurately synthesized from previously transmitted/stored images, the compression efficiency can be improved.

Quarter Pixel Motion Search Precision (QPEL): Basically most MPEG-4 Codecs by default detect motion between two frames down to half a pixel (HalfPel). Now with QuarterPel you can detect motion that is only a quarter of a pixel per frame, effectively doubling precision!
practically this means that you will get a much sharper image with QPEL.

Global Motion Compensation (GMC):
GMC detects if there is an amount of motion big parts of the frame have in common. If that’s the case GMC kicks in, using a single motion vector for all similar parts of the frame instead of multiple ones. Practically this helps saving bits when panning, zoom or rotation occurs (depending on how good the GMC implementation is/offered warp points), bits which than can be used somewhere else, for example where they bring more sharpness. Режимите ISF Експерт 1 или ISF Експерт 2 са идентични един с друг, така че няма значение, кой си избрал, за да гледаш. Тяхното присъствие свидетелства за факта, че телевизорът е сертифициран от организацията ISF. Напомням, че това ти дава:

ISF сертификацията гарантира, че телевизорът има две банки за памет, които може да бъдат променени за всеки конектор, и след това да го заключиш срещу случайни промени. След професионално калибриране от експерт и последвало заключване на тези режими, телевизора им дава нови имена - ISF ден и ISF нощ.

При въвеждане на ISF-Expert също предлагам следните промени в основната картина:
Aspect Ratio -> Scan, така изображението е с правилният размера на екрана, без да се отрязват краищата
Опции за изображението -> Noise Reduction -> Off, така изображението не се размива в местата, където телевизорът автоматично определил и открил шум
Опции за изображението -> MPEG Noise Reduction -> Off, така изображението не се размива в местата, където телевизорът автоматично е открил шум

Нещо не ми се връзва...да е на 100%
Там не пипаш нищо- просто превключваш на режима и гледаш. При някои марки има даже два такива режима Cinema и True Cinema.

На българския сайт на LG има нова версия на FW за LG 42LF652V - 4.05.45.
Интересното е, че няма Change log, А и самия телевизор казва, че няма намерен update или поне за БГ.
Предишната версия 4.05.30 беше за Казахстан - някаква промяна на въведените спътници. Телевизорът и нея не отрази.

Колега Аз съм точно с този модел LG 42LF652V,тв ми показа съобщение че има нова версия,пуснах и ъпдейтнах до 4.05.45 без проблем,само не знам какво има в тази актуализация,някой ако намери инфо да пише.
