tray icon Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition

Здравейте.
ОС ми е WIN XPSP2
Инсталирах си Symantec Antivirus Corporate Edition. Веднага след приключване на инсталацията се появава tray иконата. След рестартиране на компютъра иконата изчезва. auto-protect е зададено на enable. При инсталирането зададох опцията client и unmaneged.
Не мога да разбера в task managera кой процес е на Symantec и дали е стартиран.
Проблем ли е това и какво мога да направя за да се поави tray иконата.
при всяко рестартиране на компютъра ми се отваря папката :\PROGRA~1\Symantec

To enable the system tray icon on unmanaged clients
Exit all open programs.
Click Start, and then click Run. The Run dialog box appears.
Type regedit and then click OK. The Registry Editor appears.

Go to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Intel\Landesk\VirusProtect6\CurrentVersion\AdministratorOnly\General


In the right pane, double-click the following value:

ShowVPIcon


Change the value to 1.
Close the Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.

To add the registry value to the Run key

Exit all open programs.

Navigate to the following key:

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run


Click Edit, click New, and then click String Value.
Name the value "Vptray" and press Enter.
Double-click Vptray.
Type the path to Vptray.exe, enclosing it in quotation marks, and press Enter.

Windows 98/Me/NT/2000/XP: "C:\Program Files\Symantec_Client_Security\Symantec AntiVirus\Vptray.exe" or
"C:\Program Files\Navnt\Vptray.exe"


Close the Registry Editor.
Restart the computer.

Стойностите в регистрите ми бяха както в указанието.
Tray иконата не се показва.
Разлика има само в мястото на vptray.exe, която при мен се намира в C:\Program Files\Symantec AntiVirus. Така е записано и в ключа HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Run.
Папката която ми се отваря при всяка стартиране на уиндоуса C:\PROGRA~1\Symantec има ли някакво отношение към проблема?
Ако няма решение може би ще е най добре да деинсталирам програмата.

Виж в Task Manager-a дали са пуснати следните процеси:
Rtvscan, VPTray, ccApp

Благодаря на всички които писаха по темата. След като проблема не се реши си инсталирах с около три месеца по нова версия и сега всичко е нормално.
