The brightness of the image (luminance) was not high and in the filmmaker mode on the full screen test board it was:

maximum 273 cd / m ^ 2 (100/100 backlight)
The recommended brightness level for SDR home theater (approx. 120 cd / m ^ 2) is set to backlight to 40/100 .

HDR
In HDR mode, on the 10% board, the maximum luminance after three minutes of measurement was 337 cd / m ^ 2.

Summary

In terms of image quality, the 49-inch NanoCell of the 803 series is practically no different from its predecessor. Like him (the 2019 SM series), the LG 49NANO803NA is a TV that will work well when watching SDR content such as news, current affairs and entertainment programs during the day. It can also be recommended for football matches or less demanding games.

On the other hand, if someone is looking for a home cinema TV of a similar size, in my opinion, they should be interested in models with a diagonal of 50 inches, which, fortunately, are not lacking in LG's offer. Thanks to the VA matrix, they will offer several times darker blacks and much higher contrast, which IPS matrices are simply not able to provide.

Okay, and what screen with a similar diagonal would the author recommend for HDR content? Well, in LG's offer we will not find anything better than the OLED48CX3LB model, but for this model (much more advanced, but of similar size) you will have to save much, much longer. Well, quality costs money.

The LG 49NANO863NA looks like a TV specially tailored to the needs of players. On the other hand, home cinema lovers (read: dark blacks and high contrast) will have to look elsewhere.

Проверихме най-новия фърмуер за OLED за 2020 г. на LG, включително CX OLED, и проверихме, че компанията е отстранила проблемите с несъвместимостта на G-SYNC, както и 120Hz поддискретизация на цветността в режим [PC]. We demonstrate that firmware update 04.90.33 has fixed the G-Sync VRR blackouts at 4K HDR 120Hz with the Nvidia 3080 & 3090 graphics cards on LG's 2019 HDMI 2.1 TVs including the C9 OLED. We had to reboot both the PC and TV for G-Sync to kick in, which may be the case for you too.

Please note that for this video to be published urgently to reassure C9 owners that a firmware fix is indeed available, we only tested the G-Sync functionality at 4K HDR 120Hz. We'll do more indepth testing over the coming weeks.

We review the LG Nano90 4K LED LCD television, which is basically half the price of the South Korean brand's CX OLED. It is a 2020 Nanocell TV, featuring an Alpha 7 gen 3 chipset, Dolby Vision compatibility, as well as two HDMI 2.1 ports with support for ALLM, VRR, eARC and 4k@120Hz.

Здравейте. Вие сте на светлинни години от мен като четох в форума. Затова и питам, има ли смисъл да тегля кредит за 8К Телевизор??? Технически съм пълен крах. Влече ме че преобразувал обикновена картина в по хубава. Не ми се вярва да я прави наистина в 8К както го пишат в описанието му. Мисля си че вкарвам флашка с филм в 360p и я преобразува до хайде 4K. Или онлайн филми, свалени от Замунда. А и в крак с модата да съм Иначе си имам 4К Панасоник 2018г. който ми е и Монитор за компа и съм напълно доволен от него. Но като купувах Панасоника си имах Филипс от който пак бях доволен!!!
