Ladies and gentlemen of Panasonic,
This letter is from customers Panasonic, participating in the most popular forum for video equipment in the Bulgarian Internet space
http://forum.setcom.bg/index.php/board, 59.0.html
bought and LCD / PDP TVs from dealers in Bulgaria.
Comments made in the forum brought out the following common problems, shortcomings and mistakes in managing the TV firmware.
1. Using the DVB-C tuners, the existing option to select language of default settings is carried out in a predefined list of hard languages which, Bulgarian does not exist. Therefore, the settings for language audio and subtitles DVB-C channels do not remember, and then switch channels and subsequent return of the former are those by default. So cyrillized of televisions made by the company ignores the Bulgarian customer. In the list of preset languages of subtitles and audio accompaniment missing Bulgarian and included languages and dialects spoken by very few people in Bulgarian. Here it is possible to implement memorized language subtitles and audio accompaniment for each channel;
2. In the initial menu of regional settings, Bulgaria is mentioned. Available option for Eastern Europe only activates only the analog tuner. Should a country which still has not regulated the use of DVB channels, as in Bulgaria have the option to make maximum use of existing hardware. Possibility of this being done in Finland / Helsinki is incomprehensible to the user and is described in the instructions;
3. Missing button on the remote control to switch between the two selected channels. In fulfilling this function outside the setup menu, after adjusting for managing the program without problems can be used RETURN button on the remote control.
Please be prepared to newer versions of firmware for the TVs sold in Bulgaria, covering the requirements of Bulgarian consumers and to remove errors and shortcomings described.
